Access to Amenities
Note that all lots have access to the amenities within the gated entrance, including Lots 1-2 and 21-22 which are accessed directly from the main road.

All lots have driveway entrances prepared with city water, electric, and high speed internet hookups. Preliminary soil tests were conducted throughout the property to confirm the possibility of septic (individual lots will need checked with specifics for size and placement of cabins).
